That last 10%. Or 5%. Or even 1%.
That final step. Closing the project. Making the offer.
So easy to embrace the willing arms of procrasterbation. Next shiny object. Something new, to avoid the pain of finishing.
The pain of success…
Finishing something means that when it’s done, it gets out of your control, away from the TLC you’ve been giving it, and into the hands of the public or the client. It’s analogous to kicking the babies out of the nest and then realizing how quiet your home is without the pitter-patter of little feet.
